Research and Technology Transfer

One of Fachhochschule Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel’s strengths is interdisciplinary research, in which researchers from different departments and backgrounds work together to bring new perspectives to problem solving and discovery. Our research is bringing many direct business benefits to our clients and partners, who include both global corporations and local businesses.

The role of the University Technology Transfer is to support the University's research community in a variety of ways. We help facilitate contacts between research assistants and business. The latest research results will be brought to the public at fairs and exhibitions. Patents of our inventions will be protected and promoted. Another focus is the knowledge and personnel transfer. We also advise on the university research strategy and other research related policies.
