Welcome to the Faculty of Transport-Sports-Tourism-Media
We are always pleased to welcome lecturers and students from all over the world and encourage our students to think outside the box and gain experience abroad. For this purpose, Ostfalia has forged joint alliance agreements with more than a hundred other universities all over the world.
Our university consists out of 12 faculties at 4 locations and is therefore predestined to facilitate learning in an interdisciplinary setting:
- Our broad range of courses makes it almost impossible for students from different programmes not to interact and communicate, while socialising, during meals in the canteen, or especially while working on interdisciplinary projects.
- Our university maintains excellent contact to companies in the region, working closely with them on research and development. Our students benefit not only during their course of studies, but also in moving on to professional life.
- Keeping an open approach means crossing boundaries; we are pleased to welcome students and lecturers from abroad, and we support our own students and lecturers during their academic endeavours abroad – whether studying or acting as guest lecturers at one of our many partner universities, or on internship semesters outside Germany.
