Application

Please follow the application process for EU and NON EU students:

Step 1

First apply at your home university.

Detailed information is provided by your home university.

Step 2

Once you are nominated for an exchange programme by your home university, please ask your coordinator at your home institution to send a nomination email to Tanja Wulfert. With just your name, emailadress and the semester/year you are nominated on given in said nomination email, Tanja Wulfert can start the process and will get right in contact with you.

Step 3

Sandra Bösel will send you a link to our online application portal.

The following documents have to be uploaded.

For all international students:

  • CV
  • Transcript of Records (a list of all courses you attended at your home university, including grades)
  • Copy of your ID or passport
  • 1 passport-sized photo

Additional for EU exchange students:

Step 4

Once you have submitted your online application to the Ostfalia University, the International Student Office is going to ask the faculty for acceptance.

If the faculty accepts your application, the International Student Office is going to send you an Invitation Letter (for the NON-EU students) and a signed Learning Agreement and signed student application form (for the EU-students).

The deadlines are:

May 31 st for the winter semester.
November 30 th for the summer semester.
