Ostfalia University's project "InTransfer - Preparing for International Transfer through Integrated Practical Teaching", funded by the DAAD with about 500,000 euros, aims to enhance international collaboration through a double/joint degree programme in robotics and interactive systems with UPSSITECH, including industry internships, starting in January 2024.

As part of the "InterAct! - International Activities" project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) (DAAD funding program HAW.International), the International Relations Office, in collaboration with individual faculties, is pleased to award seven residency scholarships to outstanding students this year.

Since May 2nd, experts from 10 universities and 5 countries have been discussing research topics on a European level. As part of project workshops, researchers from 7 faculties of Ostfalia are participating in thematic round tables on topics related to digitization, mobility, sustainability, and health.

In cooperation with the US-based Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, and Autohaus Wolfsburg, Professor Dr. Mike Hoffmeister, Professor of International Management at the Faculty of Economics at Ostfalia University, developed a pilot program to make the Wolfsburg location even more attractive for students from foreign partner universities.

In order to present the measures planned within the framework of the project to the partner university Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, the project leader Kai Hillebrecht and two project staff members travelled to Setúbal from 16-18 November 2022.
