BELS as guest at the University of Naples Federico II

From left to right: Professors Winfried Huck, Fulvio Palombino, Fabian Stancke, Giovanni ZarraProf Dr Huck and Prof Dr Stancke gave lectures at the partner university Naples Federico II on Tuesday, 15.11.2022, following the invitation of Prof Dr Fulvio Palombino and Prof Dr Giovanni Zarra. Prof Dr Stancke lectured on the topic "Amalgamation of public and private law" using the example of civil enforcement of public supranational law in the area of the diesel scandal and competition law disputes. Prof Dr Huck's lecture topic was "Space debris and asteroid mining: sustainable space law?".

Naples Federico II is one of the largest universities in Italy with around 75,000 students. The university was founded in June 1224, which makes it one of the oldest universities in the world. For interested BELS students, Erasmus-funded stays abroad at the University Federico II in Naples are possible.
