FH Europa: TOOL – Development of a Toolbox for Science Communication in EU Research Proposals and Projects

The aim of the project is to develop a toolbox of efficient formats and best practices for science communication in EU projects. This is intended to support researchers in communicating with stakeholders from business, politics and science, but also civil society, and to highlight opportunities as well as benefits of successful communication.

The TOOLBOX developed by the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (WTT) serves to make research and practice partners visible as well as their topics and results on a European level. It is intended to facilitate the selection of the optimal communication format. In addition, the BMBF-funded project, TOOL, sensitises and empowers EU-active researchers to the possibilities of (international) science communication. In the long term, this can strengthen strategic internationalization and increase Ostfalia's attractiveness for international partnerships.

Below is the visual representation of the TOOLBOX for science communication:

A visual representation of the TOOLBOX with all formats, explanatory texts and best practices can be found here. Click through the individual sections in the interactive TOOLBOX here. The TOOLBOX for Science Communication is constantly being further developed together with researchers and external partner organizations.
