Maxim Hoffmann, ist Basketballtrainer und aktuell beim MTV Wolfenbüttel beschäftigt, war aber auch beim FC Barcelona durch die EWE Baskets Oldenburg. Er wird uns erzählen, wie die Unterschiede von Spanien zu Deutschland sind, aber auch wo er noch gearbeitet hat und wie man sich im Management der Sportbranche entwickeln kann.
Maxim Hoffmann, is basketball coach and currently employed at MTV Wolfenbüttel but has also worked with FC Barcelona through the EWE Baskets Oldenburg. He will share insights into the differences between Spain and Germany, recount his experiences in various places, and discuss how one can develop in the management of the sports industry.

Volta Ciclista is a bicycle stage race in Catalonia. Victor Mur will share more about the race and, more importantly, about organizing such a large-scale event. Are there different priorities in event organization in Spain compared to Germany? We aim to clarify this with Victor's assistance.

Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Arbeit ist die interkulturelle Jugendbegegnung über Sportveranstaltungen. Es werden internationale Fußballturniere innerhalb Europas organisiert, unter anderem auch in Barcelona. Wie so eine Organisation abläuft und was es zu beachten gibt, wird uns Ben Kupka erzählen.
KOMM-MIT International is a company that organizes international youth, sports, and cultural exchanges. A significant part of their work involves intercultural youth encounters through sports events. They organize international football tournaments within Europe, including in Barcelona. Ben Kupka will share insights on how such an organization operates and what aspects need to be considered.

Der Schwimmverein Club Natació Salbadell ist der zweit größte Sporverein in Katalonien. Ernest Aguilar ist Manager des Event- und Trainingscamps dieses Vereins und wird uns Einblicke in seinen Arbeitsalltag geben. So können wir noch einmal einen Blick in eine andere Sportbranche werfen.
The swimming club Club Natació Salbadell is the second-largest sports club in Catalonia. Ernest Aguilar is the manager of the events and training camps at this club and will provide us with insights into his daily work routine. This gives us another opportunity to take a closer look at a different sector within the sports industry.
