Module overview
Contents Pedagogy meets practice - basics for successful instruction in fire brigades, rescue services & control centres ( Inhalte) This training format is aimed at trained and prospective practical instructors in the BOS (including rescue services, control centres and fire brigades). The focus is on the basics of structured lesson planning, the formulation and implementation of specific learning objectives and the reflective selection of suitable teaching methods. Participants are given the opportunity to deepen their pedagogical expertise or to build it up in a theoretical and practical manner.
Various aspects will be dealt with interactively on two training days. Participants are invited to contribute their own experiences and challenges in order to facilitate a critical, collegial exchange with practitioners in education and training.
The first two days conclude with a short reflection task based on the content of the day. The third day of the event is available for individual counselling. In order to deepen the content and transfer it to their own professional environment, the participants will then produce a short written paper on which they will receive individual feedback.
