Room hire

The rooms and facilities of the university may be made available to third parties for the organisation of events outside of courses, but not for private events. The decision as to whether rooms and facilities are made available to third parties for use is at the discretion of the university. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of use. The university reserves the right to make the transfer dependent on a security deposit or proof of organiser liability insurance.
