The Ostfalia Campus Salzgitter
Located in a scenic setting, the Karl Scharfenberg Faculty is housed in a former administrative building of Salzgitter Erzbergbau AG in Calbecht, which underwent extensive renovation in the early 1990s. Around 1,700 students are enrolled on this campus in a range of subjects including transport, sports, tourism, and media. The last major construction project – for the time being – was completed in May 2013 with the new media building, which features excellent technical equipment and an extensive library.
