AGUM (occupational health and safety and environmental protection management system) at Ostfalia University

AGUM is an internet-based occupational health and safety and environmental protection management system that has been specially developed for universities. It was introduced by the university management in order to promote occupational health and safety and environmental protection at all levels of Ostfalia University and to create legal certainty for everyone.

The caretakers and building services take on property management, support and monitoring tasks. They carry out maintenance tasks, whereby larger or specialised orders are placed with specialist companies, which they in turn supervise.

The mailroom and switchboard is responsible for incoming mail, mail distribution, outgoing mail and transferring telephone calls. The switchboard staff are also the first point of contact for visitors.
