Future Day in the Ostfalia library
The Ostfalia libraries in Wolfenbüttel and Salzgitter are taking part in Future Day (23 April 2026)
We offer interested schoolchilds a look behind the scenes. So if you would like to get to know the work in a library and wonder, for example, what it is like to sit at the circulation desk and how to find the books in the seemingly endless aisles of the library, you have the opportunity to accompany us for a few hours in our everyday work on this day. If you are interested, you can register with the colleagues coordinating the Future Day. The Ostfalia libraries in Wolfenbüttel (opens your email program) and Salzgitter (opens your email program) will also be happy to provide further information.

Suderburg - Library in 10 minutes
In April the library in Suderburg is offering a 10-minute quick introduction to using the library.
Every Wednesday and Thursday from 12.15 pm, library visitors can familiarise themselves with the library. We will help you and give you some quick tips.
The first date is Wednesday, 01 April 2026, the last quick start will take place on Thursday, 30 April. Registration is not required and anyone interested can simply drop in spontaneously.
