International Relations Office
The International Relations Office (IRO) is the central coordination point for international relations and activities at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences. It is where information and knowledge about funding, partnerships, collaborations, exchange opportunities and research projects at the international level come together.
The tasks of the IRO include:
- promoting the internationalisation of Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences and coordinating its internationalisation activities, establishing and maintaining its international relations and partnerships, and supporting university members in their international activities.
- developing and implementing measures to increase the international mobility of teaching staff, integrating Ostfalia into European Union programmes in the field of education and science and into international networks.
- coordinating cooperation with foreign colleges and universities.
