Federal Funding

Industrial Collective Research (IGF) (external link, opens in a new window)builds a bridge between basic research and commercial application. Under the umbrella of the AiF research associations, new technologies are developed for entire sectors and increasingly across sectors in order to maintain and strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) supports the IGF with public funds.

The Federal Government compiles a newsletter (external link, opens in a new window) every two weeks on the topic of "Research and Innovation" funding advisory services.
