The Master's degree programme in Finance, Tax and Company Law (LL.M.) provides a broad education in the core competencies of business law, auditing, external accounting, controlling, corporate finance, financial management and taxes. The aim is to provide graduates with a high level of qualification to enable them to take on important functions - especially management tasks - in a wide range of business areas.

Admission requirements

  • completed degree in business (orientated), law (orientated) or business law (orientated) (Bachelor or Diplom) with a standard period of study of 7 semesters or 210 credit points or at least an equivalent degree as well as 18 credit points from previous studies in the field of business administration and taxation
  • in the case of enrolment with 180 credit points, the missing 30 credit points must be completed within one year of enrolment
  • proof of English language skills at level B2 (e.g. university entrance qualification certificate)
  • language of instruction: German and English (the majority of classes is taught in German)
