There are two more steps to take in order to speed up your enrolment:

You are only enrolled as a student at Ostfalia once you have received confirmation of enrolment by email and can download the enrolment and BAföG certificate from the Ostfalia application portal.

Withdrawal of enrolment

You can apply to withdraw your enrolment up to four weeks after the start of lectures. This means that enrolment is deemed not to have taken place from the outset.

As a precaution, we would like to point out that an application for withdrawal of enrolment with fee refund without the partial amount for the "Deutschlandsemesterticket" can only be submitted until 21 October 2025 with the following application (reason for repayment: "Withdrawal of enrolment"):

Please note that a refund of the fee for the "Deutschlandsemesterticket" must be applied for separately:

For reimbursement of the Deutschlandsemesterticket, please complete the application for reimbursement of the Deutschlandsemesterticket fee (external link, opens in a new window) and submit it directly to the AStA (external link, opens in a new window) of Ostfalia University.
