Examination office

The Examinations Office of the Faculty of Social Work is your central interface for all examination-related matters during your studies. We coordinate the organisation of module examinations for you, manage your examination registrations and results and advise you on examination law issues. We also support you throughout the entire process of your thesis, from registration to submission. For your Bachelor's and Master's degree programme, we are available with fixed office hours and support you with all matters relating to examination regulations and deadlines.

Notes and deadlines

  • Please note the registration period for the module examinations in the ePV in the winter semester 25/26:

    To be announced.

    Late registrations will not be accepted.

    If you have problems with the registrations, please contact the Examination Office or the Student Service Office.

  • Note on the submission of term papers:

    Please send the term papers to the examiners as a PDF file and email them to the Examinations Office in the CC. A printed version is not necessary. Please send the email with a read receipt.

  • Note on the submission of Bachelor's and Master's theses:

    Please email the Bachelor's and Master's theses as a PDF file to the examiners and cc to the Examinations Office. Please send the email with read receipt. A printed (single-bound) version should also be handed in at the Examinations Office(room 126). You can also use the Examination Office post box in room 106. Postal delivery is also possible.

Examination Board B.A. / M.A.

The examination board ensures that the examinations are conducted. It ensures that the provisions of the examination regulations are adhered to. It regularly reports to the faculty on the development of examinations and study periods and makes suggestions for the reform of the examination regulations and the study regulations.
