BeachDays 2026: Ostfalia Cup

From 20 to 28 June 2026, Landeshuter Platz in Wolfenbüttel will once again be transformed into a huge beach sports arena. At BeachDays Wolfenbüttel, nine days full of sport, summer feeling and community await everyone who wants to get active themselves or watch the tournaments as a spectator.

A special highlight from the Ostfalia perspective is the Beach Volleyball Ostfalia Cup on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, from 16:00 to approx. 21:00. The game will be played in a quattro-mixed format, i.e. 4 against 4. A minimum of four and a maximum of eight people can be registered per team, at least one of whom must be female. A maximum of 12 team places are available. So it pays to be quick.

Even if you don't have a complete team yet, you can still take part: Individuals can register via the player exchange and be assigned to a team if possible. Participants will also receive a pasta buffet and a free drink.

But it's not just the Ostfalia Cup that offers the chance to get active in the sand. Students can also take part in many other BeachDays events. There is a choice of beach soccer in the form of a power card cup, roundnet, beach tennis and a brand new addition to the programme: beach darts as a team tournament. The BeachDays thus offer not only volleyball fans, but also all other sports enthusiasts the perfect opportunity to experience a sporty day at the beach club together with friends, fellow students or colleagues.

Spectators are also very welcome. Those not playing themselves can support the teams from the sidelines, enjoy the beach sports atmosphere and spend a summer evening at Landeshuter Platz.
