Public online lecture series at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences starts on Wednesday, 18 September 2025.

New technologies are playing an increasingly important role in all areas of life that are relevant to society and the economy. One of the most influential technologies is artificial intelligence. Lecturers from various faculties at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences are using the controversial debate surrounding this topic as an opportunity to hold a public lecture series.

Under the title ‘Brave New World – Potential and Challenges of AI’, the topic will be examined from various disciplines in lectures starting on 24 September.

The lecture series is aimed at students from all faculties at Ostfalia and students in the AI4All network of the Technical University of Braunschweig, Clausthal University of Technology and Ostfalia, as well as anyone with a keen interest in the topic of artificial intelligence.

The lectures will take place online in the winter semester 2025/26, every Wednesday from 24. September to 17 December 2025, from 6 to 7:30 pm. Click here for the online lecture. (external link, opens in a new window)
