Prof. Dr. Huck publishes an article on AI, liability and contract drafting in international project business

News , , Faculty of Law

The article “Artificial Intelligence in the International Project Business – Liability and Contract Drafting from a Comparative Law Perspective (Part 2)” in the journal Rechtspraxis der Industrie- und Infrastrukturprojekte (RInPrax) is based on a presentation given at the 29th meeting of the Working Group on Plant Construction, Infrastructure and International Construction Law (“ARGE Baurecht”) of the German Bar Association (DAV) in spring 2026.

Whilst Part 1 examined the regulatory frameworks for AI systems in the EU, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and the People’s Republic of China, Part 2 investigates how the standard contract models of FIDIC, NEC and Orgalim SI 2024 respond to algorithmically generated design errors.

You can find the full article in RInPrax 2026, 228. The article can be accessed here via beck-online. (external link, opens in a new window)
