The canvas is virtual, the brush is an algorithm, and the medium consists of light and code. Welcome to an art world where nothing seems impossible, because nothing needs to exist physically. Yet behind all the perfect renderings, artificial worlds and generated images lies a precise craft that brings imagination to life.

Our guest, Danny Seggelke, is a lecturer in animation and interactive media at the Ostfalia Campus in Salzgitter. Together, we will explore the questions: What do we learn about our own creativity when we delegate it to machines? When does an artificial world feel real? And why can images that aren’t set in our world move us?
