On Wednesday, 18 March, Ostfalia University will welcome futurologist and entrepreneur Prof. Dr Anabel Ternès von Hattburg to the Wolfenbüttel campus with her lecture: "Future Mindset: meaningful leadership, sustainable impact, shaping a future worth living". The focus is on the question of how self-leadership, resilience and sustainable thinking can be combined as future skills - especially in times of crises, AI and climate change.
Prof Dr Anabel Ternès von Hattburg is, among other things, CEO of Sustain Plus, Managing Director of the SRH Institute for Innovation & Sustainability Management in Berlin and President of the Club of Budapest Germany. She is involved in international networks and committees (including the Club of Rome and UN Women) and is recognised as a prominent voice for impact, innovation and sustainable (self-)leadership
(self-)leadership.
The event is part of Ostfalia University's wide range of formats relating to sustainable transformation and is aimed at anyone interested in gaining new impetus. It is organised by the Sustainable Ostfalia (NachOs) project team.

Background information
The "University Transformation / Sustainable Ostfalia" (NachOs) project at Ostfalia University has been in existence since June 2023 and is funded by the state of Lower Saxony as part of the "Top Research for Lower Saxony" programme. The aim is to network and support sustainability activities in the areas of teaching, research, transfer, operations and governance.
