Confirmation for the following semester

According to the regulations of the NHG and the enrolment regulations of Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, you must declare at the end of a semester that you wish to continue your studies in the following semester by transferring the specified re-registration amount in full. If you fail to re-enrol, you will be officially de-registered.

Please state your name and matriculation number in the purpose of payment so that we can allocate the payment (see below: sample bank transfer).

Once the money has been received, your transfer will be booked promptly (2-3 days) and can be viewed by you in the portal. If the status "Re-registered" is displayed in the campus management system (portal), you can validate your semester card at the known terminals of the computer centre. You can also download your certificate of enrolment from the portal.

You can easily view your semester contribution:

1. Click on the "Payments" tab

2. The amount to be transferred is shown in the "Still open" column

In addition to this amount, students who have used up their student account, i.e. are liable for long-term tuition fees, must transfer €500.00. This results in a re-registration amount with long-term tuition fees of €942.80.
