Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences - offers two study programmes at the Wolfsburg campus in cooperation with Volkswagen AG that are unique in Germany: Service Technology and Processes (STP) and the English-language degree programme Automotive Service Technology and Processes (ASTP).

The Faculty of Automotive Engineering has decades of experience in the successful training of engineers in the field of automotive engineering/service technologies.

The Service Technology and Processes working group, headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Goß, (opens your email program) is a German competence centre that focuses on the transfer of knowledge and the solution of future challenges in automotive service. The training emphasises a balance between theory and practice, while also promoting non-technical skills to ensure comprehensive customer care.
