As part of the courses in the module "Corporate Finance, Sustainable Development Goals and Corporate Governance", the FTC Master's students successfully negotiated an SDG solution in mixed teams together with their Swiss SDG simulation partner, a group of Master's students from the FHGR University of Applied Sciences Graubünden in Chur.
As part of the excursion to Geneva, our Master students had the extraordinary opportunity to gain insights into key locations of international cooperation, including a visit to the United Nations, which was one of the absolute highlights of the trip. In the context of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) and in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Geneva, all participants were able to experience at first hand how sustainability, responsibility and global decision-making processes are implemented in practice.
Many thanks to Prof. Dr Christian Hauser from the FHGR University of Applied Sciences Graubünden and to Anna-Theresia Krein and Rene Will Tesch for the idea, implementation and dedicated co-leadership of the excursion. The inspiring exchange between theory and international practice became possible because the Geneva office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation supported us so excellently with organisation, expertise and contacts.
