How can sustainable alternatives to conventional plastic buoys be developed? The MyAfEB project is developing and testing mycelium-based materials and prototypes for use in inland waters. Together with partners from the fishing industry, the project is investigating how renewable raw materials can be used to create durable and more environmentally friendly solutions.
