Are you an international student at Ostfalia and need support in starting your career on the German labour market?
Under the motto "Together, let's start your future", the "FYI - for your integration" project accompanies international students on their journey from their initial interest in studying at Ostfalia University to a successful course of study and integration into the regional labour market - comprehensively, specifically and with a focus on the individual.
The counsellors look forward to actively supporting international students on their journey at Ostfalia.
You can find more information on the website of the "Project FYI - For your integration".
Personality analysis and career guidance
Are you wondering which career paths suit your individual personality?
We offer all students the opportunity to use digital tools to find out more about their own personality, motivations and skills, and to identify suitable career fields.
The LINC Personality (external link, opens in a new window) and the LINC Career Profiler (external link, opens in a new window) (subject to a fee) are useful for this. Both tools were developed by LINC GmbH (external link, opens in a new window) based on psychologically sound models. We can use them as a basis for a counselling session with you to find out, for example, what type of worker you are, which areas of competence you’d like to develop further, and what kind of working environment suits you best.
If you are interested in a counselling session using a LINC tool, please contact: Kornelia Pusch, k.pusch(at)ostfalia.de (opens your email program), 05341-875-15620.
